Today, Treka Corporation operates Treka Homes (CA DRE #02437566) only. Treka Loans is not yet authorized to originate residential mortgage loans and does not currently lend money.
The Treka Loans concept is an in-house mortgage team that works the same shared file as Treka Homes — pre-approval before showings, hallway underwriting questions, and one coordinated closing. Not a referral kickback, not a national call center.
No products, rates, or APRs are currently advertised on this page. When Treka Loans is authorized to originate, all loan terms will be displayed with the disclosures required under the Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z.
