Today, Treka Corporation operates Treka Homes (CA DRE #02437566) only. Treka Insurance is not yet a licensed California insurance producer and does not currently transact insurance.
As licensing comes online, each pillar will operate on the shared Treka One file.
The Treka Insurance concept is a California property & casualty line that quotes hazard coverage in escrow and binds at closing — so Treka One buyers don't face an 11th-hour scramble for proof of coverage. Wildfire-zone fallback coverage, FAIR Plan placement, and bundle pricing are part of the design.
No carriers, premiums, or quotes are currently being made on this page. When Treka Insurance is licensed by the California Department of Insurance, all carrier and coverage representations will be displayed with the disclosures required under the California Insurance Code.
