Treka Land and Treka Market Intelligence operate on publicly available property records. Under California law, publicly available real estate and property records are explicitly exempt from CCPA consumer rights provisions.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share with transaction partners necessary to complete your transaction, service providers operating on our behalf, regulatory agencies as required by law, and law enforcement when legally required.
